Biography

Jay Getz

A Missoula native whose 25 years experience with the Gallo Wine Company and two years as General Manager and Vice President of Wine Sales with a local Beverage Distributorship enables him to bring many years of client satisfaction to his position.

Jay and his wife Debbie (also a Missoula native) have 2 sons. Jayce received his PHD in mathematics and is teaching and doing research at Princeton and the Institute for Advanced Studies. He married Heekyoung Hahn in June 2008.  She is a Professor of Mathematics at the State Univesity of New York/Albany. Joel is a senior at the University of MT, majoring in Business and is an avid Griz Fan.  He married Kyla Wolfson in July 2008.  She is a 2008 UM graduate who is currently working at Alpine Physical Therapy. Both boys attended Target Range Grade school and Big Sky High School where one of the activities Jay shared
with them was Boy Scouts, helping them both earn their Eagle Scout Award.

Jay has first hand experience with real estate purchases, from single-family homes to residential subdivisions and investment property, having purchased his first home
at age 20. Helping clients understand the real estate purchase process and make informed, confident decisions is what sets Jay apart.

When Jay is not involved in real estate transactions he can be found helping friends with home improvement projects, remodeling his own home, attending Griz football games or spending time with his family boating and water skiing at their favorite place, Swan Lake.
